Monday’s high winds helped spread a brush fire in
Several fire departments battled the blaze along a portion of Bethany Pike not far from Route 88.
Officials say one person was treated for smoke inhalation.
It took crews from Follansbee, Wellsburg and numerous other fire departments hours to put out the flames.
