A Weirton man who faces attempted kidnapping charges remains free on $50,000 bond.  

News 9 reports Bradley Patchin was arrested after he was accused of trying to force a woman into his car in the 1000 block of Main Street in Wheeling on Dec. 2.

Patchin retained a private attorney on Wednesday and waived his right to a hearing within 20 days.  

Magistrate Joe Roxby says a hearing will be held at a later date.
