Some West Virginia sheriffs want to add photos to concealed weapons permits, which now only require a permit-holder's name and address.

One sheriff says the photo ID would be an option for a concealed weapons permit. He says it could eventually become state law.

A state requirement to have Social Security numbers and identifying features included on the permits was removed several years ago.
