WTOV9.COM reports Howard Shriver was arrested in October by the Sheriff's Office after official say he tried to go after his wife and children with an ax.
Police say Shriver cut the phone and cable lines and chased his wife out of the house before neighbors called police.
One of the victims fled to a nearby field to escape from Shriver. If convicted, he could face up to 15 years in jail.
