West Virginia Judge Ronald Wilson has ruled that two teen witnesses will be compelled to testify in the Steubenville teen rape trial, the third witness, who is the accuser, has volunteered to testify in the trial.
Our news partner, News 9 reports Tuesday night’s ruling reverses a previous ruling.
The hearing itself was closed-door and was held at the Hancock County Courthouse. Members of the media were not allowed in the hearing which means any knowledge of what took place is limited.
All three witnesses were present along with their legal counsel, in addition to Walter Madison who is the defense attorney for one of the two defendants in the trail.
