United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld says 26-year old Amanda Allison of Cameron and 22-year old Tyler Jay Hoyle of
Allison who is employed by the Marshall County School system also been charged with three counts of “Illegal Use of a Telephone to Facilitate the Distribution of Heroin,” two counts of “Distribution of Heroin,” and, one count of “Distribution of Oxycodone.” The indictment also seeks the forfeiture of a money judgment.
Allison and Hoyle were in court Thursday for an initial appearance. Allison was released with conditions and Hoyle was remanded to custody pending a detention hearing. If convicted, Allison and Hoyle face up to 20 years in prison and a fine on the conspiracy charge.
In addition, Allison faces additional prison time and fines on the phone charges and distribution charges.
