Today the 39th Street sewer project is set to get underway in Downtown Wheeling.  City officials say the affected areas include 39th Street from Jacob Street to the Ohio River.  The project will impact traffic in the area.  Detours re-routing drivers and new traffic patterns will be in place.  We’re told delays can be expected.  The project is estimated to last until November.
