 Preliminary Round: February 17th Final Round: February 24th Location: River City in Downtown Wheeling Details: Register online at wvtoughman.com. All contestants must be registered and present at River City for the Preliminary Round on February 17th. To be eligible to advance to the finals, you must participate in the Preliminary Round. The top 6 ladies at the end of the Final Round will be Ring Girls at the 32nd Annual Toughman Contest and compete for cash, prizes and the title of Miss Ring Girl 2012! **NOTE: If you have been awarded the title of Miss Ring Girl (Grand Prize) twice, you are not permitted to compete again.
